User Agreement for Pakistani Players

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "777xp7" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://777xp7.app and all associated mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 777xp7 website, mobile site, and all games, sportsbook markets, and services offered thereon.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the 777xp7 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the 777xp7 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 777xp7 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "Real Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by the Player via approved payment methods and held in the Player's Wallet.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds become withdrawable, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by 777xp7 policy.

2.1 By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 777xp7 Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements (whether oral or written) between you and 777xp7 relating to your use of the Platform.

2.3 777xp7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any service on the 777xp7 Platform. 777x p7 strictly enforces this age restriction. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 777xp7 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. 777xp7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 777xp7 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of residential address not older than three (3) months. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777xp7 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777xp7 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute. Players attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions via VPN or proxy services do so in violation of these Terms and risk immediate Account closure.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 All transactions and wagers placed using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 777xp7 shall bear no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.3 You must notify 777xp7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 777xp7 may temporarily suspend your Account upon receipt of such notification pending investigation.

4.4 You agree not to allow any other person to access or use the Platform through your Account, including family members, unless they hold their own separately registered Account.

777xp7 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, debit card, and cash deposit through approved channels. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to payment provider transaction caps.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• 777xp7 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via a payment method in a name that does not match your registered Account name may be reversed and are subject to additional verification.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 777xp7 Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts pending KYC verification will experience extended processing times.
• 777xp7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where a withdrawal amount significantly exceeds historical deposit levels.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or a pending investigation, 777xp7 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests without prior notice.

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the 777xp7 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where game providers display amounts in alternative currencies, these are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by 777xp7 at the time of the transaction.

6.1 777xp7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus balances will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one (1) bonus may be active in your Account at any time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus remains subject to wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 777xp7 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., placing opposing bets across Accounts); or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and withholding of associated winnings.

6.5 777xp7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by qualifying Players.

7.1 All casino games available on the 777xp7 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently audited by approved third-party testing agencies. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee any particular outcome in individual sessions.

7.2 Sports betting markets offered through the 777xp7 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, ICC events, and UFC — are governed by the specific rules published for each market type. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a market, the decision of 777xp7's trading team shall be final, subject to the complaint resolution process set out in Clause 15.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sportsbook markets and are displayed within each game or market interface. 777xp7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; settlement data cannot be verified; a technical malfunction affects the game outcome; or the wager was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error. Void wagers will be returned to the Player's Wallet at the original stake amount.

7.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game or live sports event, 777xp7 will attempt to complete the game round or wager settlement using recorded server data. Where server records are unavailable, the wager may be declared void and the stake returned.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp7 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform interaction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine player use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate gains; any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will not be honoured.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any person under the age of 21 or any person in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software infrastructure.

8.2 777xp7 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Information relating to suspected criminal activity will be disclosed in accordance with applicable legal obligations without prior notification to the Player.

9.1 777xp7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. Gaming on the 777xp7 Platform is intended to be an entertainment activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your financial wellbeing, personal relationships, or mental health, we encourage you to use the tools available to you.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 777xp7 support team.

9.3 Age Verification. 777xp7 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any suspicion that an Account is held by a person under the age of 21 will result in immediate suspension of that Account pending verification. If verification cannot be completed, the Account will be permanently closed.

9.4 Players who self-exclude from the 777xp7 Platform will not be sent promotional communications during their exclusion period. 777xp7 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure self-excluded players cannot access the Platform.

9.5 For further guidance on responsible gaming, Players may seek independent support from internationally recognised organisations that provide free and confidential assistance to individuals affected by problem gambling.

10.1 All content on the 777xp7 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the proprietary intellectual property of 777xp7 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of 777xp7 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss.

11.2 777xp7 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

11.3 777xp7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 777xp7's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.1 777xp7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 777xp7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or by the conditions of our gaming licence.

12.3 You may exercise your data subject rights — including access, correction, and deletion — by contacting 777xp7 support. Certain deletion requests may be limited where retention is required by legal obligation, such as anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

13.1 777xp7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777xp7 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xp7 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 777xp7's internal complaint resolution process (see Clause 15) before any external escalation.

14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by our gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the 777xp7 support team.

14.3 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection laws.

15.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 777xp7 Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility or by emailing us at the address below. Please provide your registered username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

15.2 777xp7 will acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex matters may require additional time; you will be kept informed of progress.
